Kick back and relax in this calm, beautiful space. This renovated 1800s farmhouse combines historic architecture with modern comforts, like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Situated on Schroon River, you can fish, wade and paddle right outside the back door! Minutes from Lake George and Gore Mountain skiing: beaches, hiking trails and boating areas abound nearby. In winter, snowmobile and cross-country trails are also easily accessible.
The house has three bedrooms with one queen, two double and two single beds. There are two full and one half bath, all beautifully appointed. The large kitchen has everything needed for cooking and baking; the dining room comfortably seats eight, and the living room has a wood-burning fireplace.
Odds are, you’ll be spending most of your time on the expansive back deck, with barbecue, or by the waterside fire pit, drinking in the scenery.

Loved staying at the house everything was perfect. Kitchen was wonderful, bathrooms, bedrooms were great for the 4 of us. Loved that there was all the things we needed to make s’mores. Sat by the fire quite a bit. We especially enjoyed the river and the deck behind the house. Saw a bald eagle fly right by and lots of bluebirds playing in the yard. Perfect location to get everything we wanted to do and see. Had a much needed vacation.

The house was perfect for hanging around all day or coming home to after a long day somewhere else. Our dog lived it too
