Your Melbourne House is a large 2-bedroom family home in the heart of Yarraville Village that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Can accommodate a 5th guest on a single bed mattress if required.
The property is popular with family and friends visiting local Yarravillians due to its size, value for money, ease of undercover off-street parking and prime location being a 5 min stroll to the Village and Yarraville train station.
The house is unique being the only large family size home listed for short term stays with off street undercover parking and in the heart of Yarraville Village.
Your Melbourne House is a 5 minute stroll to Yarraville village with its cafes, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, specialty butcher and of course its famous art deco cinema, The Sun Theatre.
Perfect for large family groups with a huge 13 metre long open plan living, kitchen, dining and desk space.
This contemporary open plan space is flooded with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with Miele oven, Miele steam oven, Miele dishwasher, induction cooktop, separate wok burner, washing machine and dryer.
Recently remodeled with concrete benchtops, double stainless-steel sink and marble island breakfast bar. Dining table accommodates 6.

If you are two individuals' and require the use of the second bedroom please put 3 guests into your booking as there is an additional fee of $40 per night for use of the second bedroom.

We had a nice stay in Yarraville. The home was spacious and had all of the necessities. The bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to Yarraville village and the train. The shower is quite small, but it worked and had plenty of hot water . There was a bit of a musty smell in the home, perhaps from the front loader washer, which tends to happen. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. We enjoyed our stay as the house was close to family. Value for money. Kitchen and washing facilities were good for our stay. Bathroom was quite outdated. Haven’t seen a shower curtain in years.

Beautiful home in a lovely part of Melbourne. Host was easy to deal with and it was perfect for our Melbourne stay.

The property was clean. A bit on the retro vintage style - ie stove. But we did enjoy a few warm soaks in the large tub after a long day of touring in and around Melbourne. Overall, we loved Melbourne and the little Yarraville village. The house worked out great for us less then 1 mile from family.
