The Neighborhood:
Marina Tower — Waterfront 2BR near Marvel Stadium
❖ A waterfront two-bedroom on Level 22, a short walk from Marvel Stadium. Twenty-two floors up in Marina Tower, the water is what you look at — Victoria Harbour in front, the Bolte Bridge to one side, the working marina below. It sleeps six, unusual at this size in Docklands, where most two-bedrooms take four.
❖ One point before you book: six people share one bathroom. If that works for your group, the rest is easy.
Eating & Drinking
❖ The District Docklands (short walk): Urban Alley Brewery, Fukutontei Ramen, Dohtonbori, 8Street (Asian hawker food), Saluministi (Italian), plus HOYTS and Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq for a wet afternoon
❖ NewQuay Promenade: Berth — dry-aged steak and seafood
❖ Cargo Hall (Harbour Esplanade) — modern Australian on the water
Sport & Events
❖ Marvel Stadium — short walk (often the whole reason to book Docklands)
❖ Southern Cross Station — right beside it, connected via the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge
❖ MCG, Rod Laver Arena & John Cain Arena (Melbourne Park) — short tram or train ride east

Other Things to Note:
❖ Key Recovery & Tracker Disclosure: The physical house keys are equipped with an Apple AirTag, added purely to help locate them if lost or misplaced (potentially saving the cost of a locksmith or lock replacement, since new keys can take up to 10 working days).
❖ Privacy & Alerts: We respect your privacy and never monitor the tracker while you're at the property or going about your day. iPhone users may receive a standard "AirTag Found Moving With You" notification — a normal Apple safety feature, nothing to be alarmed by. If you'd like, we can share the device with you via Find My so you can locate the keys yourself if needed.
❖ Cleaning on Arrival: Not satisfied with cleanliness? Contact us within 6 hours of check-in and we'll arrange for cleaners to return ASAP. If a solution is offered but declined, refunds cannot be provided.
❖ Cleaning, Linen & Supplies: The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-stay cleaning only. Additional linens, cleaning services, or extra consumables may incur additional charges.
