Superb

Very friendly personnel, great locations in the mountains. A but remote but this was exactly what we were looking for.

Not many disadvantages of the property. If there would be one thing to mention it would be a louder noise coming from the heat pump/generator at the backside of the building that you can well hear when in the flat and continues as well over the night.

Awesome place in a beautiful valley

1. Location is awesome, in a beautiful valley very close to the hiking trails. We did not used a car at all when staying there. Oberstdorf is just 4km walk away. 2. The staff is very kind, smiled and helpful. 3. Room & bathroom were spacious and super clean.

Nothing major only small things: 1. Would be nice to add a chair or two to the rooms. There is a lot of space and would come handy from time to time. 2. The double bed creaked a little bit on one side which could be a problem if someone is a light sleeper.

The drive up to the Berggasthof was pretty hairy. Since I was attending an event in the town of Oberstdorf, I had to negotiate the narrow roads up the hill in the dark and bad weather. Everything was OK in the daylight.

Mit gewisser Anpassungsfaehigkeit ein gutes Unterkunftsquartier direkt in den Bergen.

Die Lage des Quartiers ist sehr sehr schoen und ermoeglicht den direkten Zugang zu wunderschoenen Wanderwegen und Gasthoefen der Umgebung. Die Erreichbarkeit des Zimmers ueber einen Extra Zugang ist sehr gut. Auch der eingerichtete Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Kuehlschrank ist hilfreich fuer Selbstversorger.

Bei der Qualitaet des Fruehstuecks ist sicher noch Luft nach oben. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass wir aufgebackene Tiefkuehlware als Broetchen assen - anstatt schmackhafte frische Broetchen. Die Qualitaet des Kaffees war auch eher nicht zufriedenstellend. Nur auf Anfrage erhielten wir warme Fruehstueckseier. Am ersten Morgen gab es die Fruehstueckseier mit Kuehlschranktemperatur. Das dritte ausgezogene Sofabett war unangenehm hart. Es bot keinen guten Schlafcomfort. Nicht vorhandenes WLAN war sehr enttaeuschend und bereitete fuer unsere gewohnten Kommunikationswege einige Unannehmlichkeiten.
