De rust, het design van het interieur ( heel modern en warm), de ligging( buiten het dorp).Het ontbijtbuffet was zéér in orde! Zelfs met honing rechtstreeks uit de honingkast. Du jamais vu!!!
De keuken was voor een Michelin recomendatie wat ontgoochelend. In het lunchbuffet lagen er uitgedroogde geraspte wortelen…. S’Avonds bestelden we een Ceaser salad en sla geitekaas. We betaalden veel voor wat sla. Ik bedoel dat er heel weinig op lag. Gn croutons, gn parmezaanse kaas, gn noten of honing bij de geitekaas. Simpel, heel simpel afgewerkt.
