It had all the utensils silverware and pots and pans everything you’d need for a kitchen loved the decor loved the location it’s right by the beach
There was a dip in the floor it looked like the dip was about to cave in not safe the down washer did not work

Property was so nice! Great price and location
Only problem we had is the person before us had dogs and there was dog hair everywhere! Even tho the villa was clean they could of gone the extra step to get more of the dog hair up. We have a son with asthma so we had some breathing problems from the hair. The ac also didn’t work to well. The bedrooms stayed cold but there was no ceiling fans in the livingroom so no air was moving.

The location is great. Evian is a very nice area with free access to pool and tennis courts. The beach is within biking distance. The house is spacious.
The house is overpriced for the level of comfort provided. The furniture is old and the house need some renovation. There is a lot of stuff stored in the walking in closets. It feels a little like a storage place for outdated not used stuff.
