Wonderfully bright and spacious second floor end unit with newly updated kitchen (cabinets, countertop, microwave, and stainless steel sink) and plank flooring throughout. Cathedral ceilings in the family room and primary bedroom and lovely coffered ceilings in the kitchen contribute to the charm. Lagoon and golf course views from nearly every window and the balcony.
The condo comfortably sleeps 7, featuring two bedrooms (1 King, 1 double and 1 twin) and a pull-out couch. Perfect for a golf excursion, family beach vacation, work sabbatical, or friends’ getaway.
The condo is located on the quiet side of Evian, one of Shipyard's most tranquil settings fashioned like a French village. Only a short walk to the Evian tennis/pickleball courts and large pool, which are set next to a lovely 5-acre lake with a gazebo. The private access to Shipyard beach is a 12 minute walk or 6 minute bike ride from the pool area. Beachside parking is available. Evian and the Shipyard neighborhood also have extensive walking/biking paths.
Interested in tennis lessons or a double’s round robin? Van der meer’s tennis facility is just around the corner and the newly remodeled Sonesta Hotel--which offers multiple on-site restaurants, a fitness center, and a full-service Arum Spa, is beachside in Shipyard. Shipyard golf offers three 9 hole courses, a driving range, pro-shop, and full restaurant and bar. The community is also near the restaurants and shops of Coligny Plaza.

This would be our second time staying at an Evian villa in Shipyard. Our location was perfect, in front of lagoon and golf course. The Unit was open concept which made the unit light and bright. Just the kitchen was dated and needed a refresh. We had a bit of a snag our first couple of days with the wifi due to new ownership but the property management (Beachside Getaway) did the best they could to resolve under the circumstances. Overall a great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this unit! We have vacationed and stayed in Shipyard at Evian for many years. For the price, you can't beat this place. It had a great lagoon located behind the unit and we could see alligators at times.
Evian is our favorite location in Shipyard and this met all ot our needs. Beachside Getaway who were the direct hosts were very helpful throughout the stay. They checked in on us to make sure all was well.
We definitely would stay here again due to the great value and location in Evian!!!!!
