About this house rental
Completely renovated and newly decorated two bedroom two and a half bathroom townhome ready for your stay. Tennismaster condominiums are within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. The complex is close to the Atlantic Ocean, and the Van der Meer Tennis Center. Guests staying at Tennismaster 204 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta Resort. King in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination of 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate on Pope Avenue, vacationers can find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach as well as the new Low Country Celebration Park.
The Tennismaster community pool is not heated and is closed for swimming from October 1 - April 1.

The rental was spotless. Communication with the host was outstanding. They were so kind and helpful. We spent more time at the beautiful pool than planned because it was sparkling clean and so relaxing due to the meticulously maintained surrounding landscape. Made several easy trips to Coligny Plaza, by car and bike, for shopping, coffee, and dining. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again in the future!
