The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional chairs available for seating up to six guests. The remodeled kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek tiled backsplash.
The villa offers two spacious bedrooms designed for rest and privacy. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a shower.

The villa is in a great location in Shipyard plantation. It was clean and most importantly, quiet. Would stay there again.

3 things-I wasn’t told that I could only purchase 1 parking pass when I booked.Even though many signs for no smoking at the pool, a large group was smoking, called Island Rentals, said they could not help , gave me 2 other phone numbers to call, no answers.Need to supply a map , property is huge.
