Vacationers in other locations cannot fully enjoy all of this CONVENENTLY...

👩⚖️ The walk or car/bike ride to the beach is very enjoyable and refreshing on shaded bike/walk path along a lagoon and a golf course. It is all within the gated complex. Can comfortably do a couple daily beach visits.

Great property located close to everything you need. Quiet relaxing neighborhood. The unit is true to the description and the owners were very accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely recommend for your beach getaway

Property was accurately described in the listing and had all the amenities we were looking for. Check in was super easy and straight forward. Communication with our hosts was outstanding. They provided excellent tips on local restaurants and venues which were all excellent! We loved the location at Evian and the fact the villa had a great view of the golf course and lagoon. This was especially enjoyable in the early morning or evenings while having coffee or a glass of wine. Really enjoyed the walking and biking trails and the super close proximity to the beach and downtown. We also utilized the pool on a few days to mix things up and found the pool to always be clean and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this host and property.
