About this villa rental
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse villa offers both a golf and nature view.
The living room beckons with a large sofa, 2 oversized chairs one which folds out into a twin sofa sleeper, 42" Flatscreen TV/VCR/DVD/CD Player, and flows into an ample dining area with wet bar.The patio is just off the living room has a view of the lagoon and golf course with a bar height teak table and chairs.
A newly applianced kitchen, with generous counter space, is enhanced by the sunny breakfast area. The half bath is conveniently located on this level, as well.
On the 2nd floor is the main bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bath, and garden tub, as well as a guest room with 2 twin beds, over sized chair that folds out into a twin sofa sleeper and private bath.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

We enjoyed the property. It was quite and private. It was located to restaurants. We had to drive around to the beach but a very short distance. The walk was too long for our five year old. We made it work and enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. We look forward to future trips

Found molded food crumbs in kitchen, dining room, and family room when we checked in. First floor was not mopped and vacuum properly. Dryer did not work after two days. Furniture are outdated. Otherwise, community was a beautiful place for getaway.
