About this house rental
We are at East Tamaki Heights, located to the south-east of the Auckland CBD. Walking distance to Botany Town Center where has approximately 200 shops spread across three complexes, and includes restaurants and entertainment buildings such as cinemas, doctors' premises and a library.
Very close to Barry Curtis Park at 94 hectares, one of New Zealand's largest parks, and is under development. Also there has a landmark, Fo Guang Shan Temple which was the largest Buddhist temple in New Zealand.
The indoor area of 210 square meters, 4 bedroom, with open kitchen and over 100 square meters of back garden and grass, the room is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and living equipment Appliances, 55 inch smart digital TV and wireless WIFI (unlimited). We have dedicated parking space.
We do on site check in to make the most convenient for our guests.
We do the entire home clean and change bedding sets after each group of guests check out.
Special conditions:
Check in by appointment from 2pm to 10pm. Late check-in after 10pm there is extra charge $20) Check out at 10am. Late check out please enquiry for availability.. No smoking, Not suitable for pets, No parties or events. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors. Please check our rental agreement carefully before booking. Please follow our house rules during your stay.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood the house is beautiful and Tony made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. Loved it there and would recommend it to others.
