About this apartment rental
Phoenix 6 Unit #1009...You will LOVE this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor. The views are breathtaking and the condo is beautifully decorated! From the 10th floor balcony, you have awesome views of Perdido Pass and Alabama Point to enjoy with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail! You will feel like you've arrived in paradise!
The beautiful living room has views of the gulf, plenty of seating, a queen sofa sleeper and a 52' flat screen tv!
The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the gulf-front balcony, a king sized bed with a comfortable new mattress, ensuite bathroom and a 36' flat screen tv!
The guest bedroom has two full sized beds with new mattresses, an ensuite bathroom and a 40' flat screen tv!
In addition to this, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. We provide a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker! And....wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!
The dining area seats 4 with two additional seats at the adjoining counter. The balcony dining area seats four and has a chaise lounge for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach!
A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Loved our stay for the week. Very clean, with comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the beach with comfortable furniture on the balcony. The covered parking was wonderful also. Will definitely stay again.

We couldn’t be happier. The place was very clean and offered us everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The views were amazing. Would definitely rent again.

Room most definitely could have been cleaner. Door to the pantry was dirty around the handle and dirty Kleenex from the previous guest was found on the floor next to the bed in the master. Also, the television service was very spotty. The one in the living room never received a signal
