-1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet,
- Large secure parking in the residence
-Terrace covered on the 1st floor with outdoor table and chairs and views of the pines and palm trees...

- The beach of Badine is a 4km white sand beach directly accessible from the park by a gate, the waters are shallow and ideal with children. The coastal path is directly accessible from this beach and you will also find pretty coves nearby ...

-Nautical activities at 5 min.
-Port for the islands of Porquerolles, POrt Cros and Le Levant at 5 min by car

-Equipment baby / child: cot + mosquito net, booster chair, coffee table, 2 small chairs and crockery, walk for the sinks, games and beach toys, beach trolley ...
