About this house rental

HYERES PLAGE on the Presqu'Ile de Giens
'Hameau de la Pinède' Furnished villa on 3 levels (7/8 people) in a 3-star Tourist residence with swimming pool and paddling pool, green areas (volleyball court and ping pong table) and playground.
The villa is composed of an open plan kitchen / living room, 3
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 terraces, 1 of which
covered.
The proximity to the beach is ideal (300m) by a path through a pine forest.
The residence is secure (portal code) and private parking is available.
All activities are nearby (Kitesurf and Windsurf almanarre and kids beaches, Diving at the Fondue Tower, Ile de porquerolles from the Fondue Tower, Provencal markets in Giens, La Capte, Aygade and Hyères city, cycle track from the exit of the residence).

Nice appartment and lovely swimming pool, very clean but cold water in April-May. Great location to explore the presq'ile, watch the kyte surf and to go the the island of Porquerolles, which is really nice.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful site. Only a short walk from the beach away. Apartment is well equipped for cooking and all housing stuff. We, 2 adults and 2 toddlers, really enjoyed the apartment, the playground as well as the pool. Giens is a great place to stay as well as a good base for exploring the marvellous Cote d'Azur. We can only recommend this place.
