À 5 minutes de la plage , très pratique .
Sécurisé avec des codes .
Une épicerie pas très loin . Très bonne communication avec le gérant avec des petites intentions qui font vraiment plaisir. Nous recommandons fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, très propre et bien équipé.

La résidence est magnifique et possède un accès direct à la plage très pratique.
Le parc de la résidence est très grand, un vrai moment de détente.

Les clés avaient été prises par le locataire précédent, raison pour laquelle la serrure a été changée par le propriétaire.
Le lave-vaisselle présenté un problème au niveau du bac destiné à recevoir la capsule, qui ne ferme pas correctement. Par ailleurs, l’appartement aurait mérité d’être un peu plus propre à notre arrivée.

Die Lage des Hauses, direkt am Strand und die Gartenanlage mit Pool waren hervorragend.
Alles sehr gepflegt und kostenfrei zu benutzen.
Die Wohnung war in einem schlechten Zustand, sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Alles alt und abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel.
Wir hatten vor unserer Ankunft, trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage, keinen Kontakt zum Eigentümer.
Erst nach einem Anruf bei Ankunft, erhielten wir eine SMS über den Ablauf des Check In.

"Lovely place, very good care by owner, excellent view. The only issue is the AC for bedroom, it is hot at night.
But, it doesn’t matter by the care we got by owner and immediate response."
