About this apartment rental
Furnished apartment, feet in the water, Giens peninsula, next to the fort of the melted tower, surrounded by 2 small beaches. The coastal path passes behind the house. On 2 levels with balcony, terraces, fitted kitchen, all comfort. Extraordinary 180 degree panoramic view of the sea and the golden islands.
In your living room, from where you will only see the sea and the islands, you will think you are in a boat at anchor. This waterfront apartment is infused with beauty, color and light.
Installed on your deckchair, on the balcony, you will see the permanent maritime animation on the water: from the fishing boat which leaves in the morning to the liner lit up in the evening.
50 square meters of private terraces, above the water, facing the islands.
You will sunbathe there, alone in the world.
Small beach at the foot of the house.
5 mins walk west you have a sandy beach. And 5 mins east of the little-known sandy coves, which are therefore quite peaceful. The paths are easy to access even for young children.
At 5, 10 mins. by car you have two very large sandy beaches (several km.) including one, the Badine where the children have a long walk, and the other, the Almanare where there are kite-surf and wind-surf clubs .
If you are using a boat, a pontoon a few meters away allows you to load or unload passengers.
The house is independent. All the rooms are directed due south on the sea.

Property is superbly located overlooking the sea with plenty of room. Downstairs has been modernised beautifully but the upstairs/ bedrooms are disappointing by comparison with a very strong smell of drains.

La situation de cette location est son principal argument : la mer est Au pied de la location avec 3 terrasses qui surplombent la Méditerranée avec une vue directe sur l'île de Porquerolles
Le chemin côtier ainsi que le club de plongée sont a 50 m.
Location bien équipée mais qui mériterait une petite rénovation
Nous y avons passe un excellent séjour
