This well-appointed 2BR/2BA beachfront unit is a great choice for a couple's romantic getaway or a family's summer vacation! Great layout, unforgettable views, comfortable furnishings... with FREE BEACH SERVICE, golf, snorkeling. This is one of the smaller complexes on the beautiful Okaloosa Island so if you are looking for a cozy and quiet spot, this place is just perfect for you! With only 3 condos on each floor, this complex will never get overcrowded, the pool area will always have enough space for everyone and the beach will feel more private than ever!
This 2 bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor and offers expansive views of the beautiful sugar white coastline. When you walk out on the beach front balcony, the views will take your breath away! No obstructions, no side views - this is DIRECT BEACH FRONT!
The condo has a nice size full kitchen equipped with all dishes and utensils, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms are just the perfect space to relax after a sunny day at the beach or you can just lounge in the living room and boast in the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Parking is directly in front of the property, there is no fee for parking.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. As well as the last week of March and the first week of April.

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

We enjoyed our stay. As with most hotel rooms and condos my allergies acted up due to dust. Overall 201 was clean and tidy. If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

The Property and condo are beautiful and well maintained. the only drawback I have is too many gates and combinations to remember. If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.
