The condo was perfectly located. We had 5 children under 10 and our elderly mother, and getting to and from the beach was very assessable for everyone. We cooked most meals and they had everything you needed to prepare them. Do bring your own Tupperware to store leftovers in. They had other supplies that you needed already there like dish soap, garbage bags, bath stuff, laundry detergent, etc. They also had a nice array of beach toys already there! They even had games and books for the kids! That was a nice surprise. We saw many dolphins from our balcony! The pool was nice too! The only negative we had was the parking garage was extremely tight for larger cars. Overall, we’d stay here again and enjoyed our time there!

The unit was nice and clean and meet expectations. Living Room furniture was dated and worn. Master Bath lights need changing.
Kitchen could use a large bowl for salad, etc.
Management company was not aware of situations at the Property. Poor communication regarding the pool closure and 3 county sheriff cars at the entrance.

This condo checked all the boxes! We were amazed at how well stocked the condo was with ample customary items but with extras such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. The appliances were high end and new. The cookware in the kitchen was so good we ordered a set online. The condo was super clean, as well as, the property itself. We felt safe and enjoyed every second!
