    Really enjoyed our stay here, the location is superb (right at the heart of Tenjin) and the staff were super helpful with coordinating a birthday surprise! Easy and fast checi-in/out also, highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fukuoka.

    Reception is on the second floor. Staff were helpful but English communication could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with this hotel.

    One thing is good about this hotel is the location. Apart from that, nothing is worth for value. Staff are not kind and unhelpful. I will not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Japan.
