    The room was small but had most of things you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer your questions and offer help. The location was not bad either although you need to walk a little from the metro station.

    We had a great stay in the H Hotel. It was a bit of a walk from the Tenjin Station but the hotel was really great. The facilities were great and the people in reception was really friendly. Hassle free check-in and check-out process. The room was modern style, the shower area was a bit small though.

    The room is small but cozy. The room with terreace is very amazing in Tenjin. After wake up can go to shopping within 1 minute by walk. Love it ❤️

    First of all, I must commend that the service if very good for this hotel. The low rating is mainly due to the size of the room and the fact that though we booked the terrace room, We were warned not to open the doors to the terrace as there are mosuitoes. We had booked the Terrace Double room hoping to be able to open the doors to the terrace. The layout of the room is also very weird. The bed is placed from one end of the wall to another. The other side of the bed is right in front of the clothes rack. Which means we need to carry our suitcase over the bed to place on the rack, We travelled with 1 medium luggage, 1 cabin and 2 backpacks, There is no space to open the bags. We needed to stack them on top of each other to open right at the entrance. This room definitely con only accommodate 1 (at most 2) cabin bag. There is no fridge in the room. There a common fridge that one can use next to the lift with amenities that you can help yourself to. Location-wise it's a convenient location. The entry to the building is bit difficult to spot. The co-working space is nice and conducive.
