    思った以上に綺麗で大きなホテル。飲食店やコンビニへのアクセスも良く便利。予想以上に快適な滞在が出来た。

    We stayed at this place a second time mainly because of its excellent location. It is just on the street whereby Ichiran is a 100m away, The Yamakaza Dept store is across the street, the Tenchin Shopping area is abt 5-10 mins walk and there just so many things around the area that you are within walking distance. The only set back for this hotel is that it is old - the carpet n furniture n beds are old. There was a damp smell in the room so the humidifier works. The aircon wasn’t working well but they refused to change the room for us & shared that the other rooms are the same. Service could have been better by giving us a better rate as a returning guest. In summary if you are looking for a hotel in a the Tenchin area n close to everything - this is the best. But if you prefer a newer hotel then you will be disappointed.

    The rooms feel a little old and cramp. But everything works and location is fantastic and convenient access to shops. trains, food

    Hotel is a bit old, unfurnished. The heat was on during winter and it’s way too hot. Unable to sleep. Scratch mark on the cupboard and desk. The room is quite worn out and u pleasant.
