Location is good
The staff is not friendly and the toilet in the room is a bit small.

The manga, movies and anime are everywhere. The station where toiletries were set up right by the elevator.

Hotel location in Tenjin area, close proximity to metro train, lively area, lots of shops and restaurants Nd yatai in walking distance. Room is clean. Self-service laundry facility is a bonus.
The breakfast buffet was just okay and not as good as other hotels we stayed in during this trip to Japan.

The location
There was no room to sit in the lobby. The room was difficult to move about for two people
