地點交通方便，酒店裡面的餐廳幻珠 鐵板燒很好吃，服務很好
打掃人員沒有把浴室的排水孔蓋子放回，偏粗心，傳email或打電話告知沒有立即來處理 雖然環保提供的睡衣材質很好，可是仔細看.還是有起毛球覺得很舊的感覺

当日、豪雨の為、新幹線が博多駅駅で運休となり、ホテル予約が殺到し、どこのホテルもほぼ満室となっており、あと5部屋なっていて急いで予約して確定しましたが、ホテル側には連絡が入ってなく宿泊はしませんでした。それでも最初から最後まで懇切丁寧な対応をしていただきました。ホテル側には感謝しております。
