Be near one of Orleans most popular vacation areas: Skaket Beach! This beautiful home offers association access to Skaket Beach less than 1/2 mile away.
The first floor of this well-maintained house offers an open kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. On this same level you will find a wonderful, screened porch on one side of the house and a full deck off the dining area if you prefer to eat outside.
On the second floor you will be surprised to find a separate family room with a full sleep sofa, a new half bathroom, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a master bedroom with queen bed and a master bathroom with shower.
The yard is surrounded by mature plantings and offers an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
Amenities include: 5 window air conditioners, wireless internet, two televisions with expanded cable, washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas range, gas grill, ceiling fans in every room and use of garage to store bikes or kayaks. Sheets and Towels are not included.
