This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in on the Cape! The primary bedroom is large and super comfortable…room for yoga/workouts even! The a/c kept things nice and cool, along with the naturally cool basement. The fire pit and bikes were an extra bonus. Proximity to rail trail bike path could not have been more convenient. Only hard part was pulling out of neighborhood onto hwy 6A with the busy summer traffic. Overall great location, great house!

The large sofa in the living room had stains, the basement had a terrible musty/mildew smell (we were unable to use), no disposal and the grill had only one functioning burner. When the concern about the basement and grill were reported, we were met with “why didn’t you report sooner” as opposed to trying to make it right or possibly reducing the price somewhat. Hope these concerns are addressed for the next visitors.
