Disappointing

Heating was not working, in the room was 17 degrees and they gave us just very thin quilt like for summer, we search everywhere and there was not additional blankets. Also was smelling very bad, towels and sheets were not fresh and key to room was not working. Thanks that we were there just for a stop on a way one night, because we couldn’t leave room with open door. I will add also that enter to the room is directly from the street and in a morning is quite noisy.

Een prima verblijf voor een redelijke prijs.

Op de locatie is alles aanwezig wat nodig is, plus extra's, flesjes water, snoepjes, shampoo, handdoeken etc Parkeren kan voor de deur. TV werkt prima en Wifi is uitstekend. een ventilator in plaats van airco.

Een airco zou beter zijn om de themperatuur te kunnen regelen s'nachts.

Prima low budget studio voor bezoekje aan Namen.

Een kleine, zeer nette en goed geëquipeerde studio in Flawinne (een 5-tal KM buiten Namen). Perfect indien je "low budget" een City trip naar Namen wil ondernemen. Zoals de naam van het pand zelf zegt: ideale LOCATION voor een verblijf COURT TERME ;-).
