Too expensive regarding to the comfort

Primary facilities were there and satisfied me.

Although it was written that there should be night quiet between 22 and 6 o'clock, in the neighbour room, men were talking loud and watching TV loud even at midnight. They also were loud around 5:30. In the morning, there was no toilet paper left.

Not the fault of The House, but due to Booking's algorithm policies : the place is not in Charleroi but pretty far out opposite where we needed to be. One has to search places on postal-codes and not on the name of a city to make sure not to end up at the wrong place and city. Like we did!

Rubbish place don't go there

NOTHING !

I have reserved one week and when I arrived I was surprised about the place. Poor rubbish house and rude manager. No parking and had to wait 10min in order for the owner to open the door. He showed me my single room and it was disgusting. Couldn't stay 15min. I notified the owner that I am leaving because the room is not confortable and very hot. He refused to refund my reservation. It's a total waste of time and money.

RIEN!!!

Rien n’étais appréciable ! Pas de chauffage, lit extrêmement inconfortable, draps de lit tellement fins qu’avec le froid, j’ai dû me rhabiller pour dormir! La 3ème personne avec qui nous étions est finalement partie car le sommier a cédé et son oreiller n’avait pas de taie, il a préféré fuir ! Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre de douche ni au soir ni au matin! Aucun ménage de fait, Électricité dangereuse ! Et personnel menaçant suite à mes remarques que je lui ai soumise en direct. Il m’envoie un message pour dire que j’ai fait des dégâts 🤯 première fois que l’on me dit cela en plus d’une 50taine de location sur booking et airbnb.
