About this house rental

Location, location, location! Park your car and walk to everything! This fantastic stand-alone single family home is located on ocean block in the heart of Dewey & comes complete with off-street parking....truly unheard of in Dewey Beach. 5 bedroom/3 baths, full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer. Full master with jacuzzi tub and private balcony on 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry facilities, and balcony on 2nd floor. One bedroom, kitchen, living area, sun porch and screen porch on first floor. Additionally, there is a paver patio with gas grill, 2 outside showers, and 4 off-street parking spots. Bring the whole family (and don't forget your pups!) for a wonderful family vacation at the beach. Stays other than 7 days will be considered. Please note that this property does NOT rent to Senior Week/Graduation groups.

Great house, very spacious and clean. Wonderful location close to the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had an awesome time and would definitely rent again!
