About this house rental
It's summertime and the livin' is easy at 25 New Orleans! The absolute best beach house featuring 5 BR, 2 1/2 BA and a fabulous screened porch... perfect for dining, playing games or just hanging out with your friends and family. The common areas of living, dining and kitchen are completely renovated and beautifully appointed. When you're not at the beach or relaxing in this comfy home, you're just a short walk to all that Dewey has to offer -- famous watering holes, gourmet & great classic beach eats, and shopping! Hop on the Jolly Trolley and head to the boardwalk, quality restaurants, and unique shops of Rehoboth Beach. Bonus: this home is Dog Friendly with a $300 minimum pet fee. Parking for up to 4 cars, depending on size of vehicles. One small to medium car can fit in the garage, two medium vehicles can fit in the driveway (head-in only), and one small to medium car can fit under the porch behind the house. If parking cars in the front of house, you must park between the yellow line on the street marking the driveway boundary. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
