KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be thrilled to find granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. The wet bar includes a wine fridge.

This three-story rental sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms.
The primary suite boasts a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. A Keurig coffeemaker helps you start the day with ease. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a Keurig. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The master balcony is furnished with a bistro table for two. Share afternoon snacks at the bar for three on the second balcony.
Spanning 1,200 square feet, the rooftop deck is a dreamy alfresco lounge. Relax and admire a gorgeous panorama that encompasses the ocean and the bay from the comfort of your outdoor patio furniture and pub table sets. Catch rays from one of four loungers.
Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, equipped with a rain showerhead, body jet, and handheld sprays.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.
Parking is available for two cars in a designated area of the driveway. Additional nearby street parking is available. A permit is provided for street parking between Memorial Day to Labor Day. No permit is required at other times of the year.
Parties are not permitted at this rental. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

I want to give this a bad review so it doesn't fill up in the future but I cannot! The place was great! Very clean and new!! The outdoor shower was clutch as most are at the beach. The upstairs deck was awesome as well!

Was not cleaned prior to our 4 pm checkin. Garbage left in all the cans, dirty towels left on floor, beds not made, linens stank and were dirty, food left on tables in refrigerator and on counters. Place needs painted. Given wrong wifi info. Originally responsive to complaints but never came to a resolution. Cleaning people eventually arrived rushed through left dirty bed linens and food. Had to wash bed sheets, blankets and bathroom rug.
Great location and rooftop space thou. Could be a great place.
Sad the experience started the way it did. More frustrating there was no resolution. Free dinner was offered but when we said there was ten of us the communication went silent…
