About this apartment rental
Large 5 Bedroom property, with 2 bedroom suites. This was purchased in 2015, with new flooring and paint thru out. This condo is located in a 4 condo complex close to everything. The adjoining property numbers are 119549 205955 and 705461. Just in case, you have a really large group. 5 decks, and grill. Deck off of every bedroom. 1 suite on first floor. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, one with a private bath where the entrance to the property is located. Living area is on the 3rd floor, with plenty of dining area There is a large master bedroom suite on the 4th floor, with jetted tub. Parking for 5 cars.
I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.
Linens and towels are not provided.

The vacation home and location made it a great vacation for my family. The multiple levels, spaciousness and outdoor decks with door walls for each bedroom provided plenty of space for my three generation family of 14. The home exceeded my expectations.

We had 4 families, 3 with little children on different schedules. Property comfortably accommodated all of us. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is fantastic. 2 blocks from beach. Short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping.
