Oceanfront three bedroom and 2 bath cottage fully furnished and close to st Augustine on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. With deck and washer dryer. Prefer 5 to 7 day bookings. Worlds finest golf and overlooking Ghana preserve . Beautiful sunrises over ocean. A fully furnished kitchen with microwave and oven. You can enjoy watching a 44 inch TV with wifi. A few steps to a beautiful walk down the beach. Perfect location for the entire family and kids.

Had a great at the house. well stocked for everything you needed. quiet location, great beach. saw dolphins, birds and boats shrimping. not far from downtown but away from the hustle. very clean and welcoming.

No need to lug a cooler to the beach when you are this close. Kids want to hunt for sea shells while in their pajamas? Why not! Really great opportunity to be right on the beach and come and go as you please. The stay is not about 5 star luxury, it's the location, it's clean, and has all the basics you'll need. Also because of the location (there isn't public parking access nearby), it is very private, so other beachgoers are basically your neighbors.Considerations:- Not under the owner's control, but there can be some road noise later at night and early morning if you're a light sleeper.- I suggested to the owner the 2 of the beds could be upgraded/replaced. Loud creaking and not a lot of comfort/support. May not be an issue for some, but worth noting.** Even with the considerations, we had a great stay and would recommend **
