Panoramahotel Wagner - Das Biohotel am Semmering

V ubytovaní sa nám veľmi páčilo. Veľmi milý a ochotný majiteľ i ostatní personál, vždy nám poradili, dokonca nám pomohli i v plánovaní turistických tras na ďaľší deň. Jedlo bolo výborné spolu s jablčným džúsom, ktorý majú z vlastnej záhrady. Izba bola čistá, útulná, s krásnym výhľadom na hory. Bolo to jedno z najlepších ubytovaní v akých sme doteraz boli, veľmi ďakujeme a určite odporúčame ostatným.

Great property with great views. The Wagoner family makes sure that everything is up the mark, with regular checks and treating the guests with upmost hospitality. I have rarely seen this type of service in a 5 star hotel. do pay a visit here with your family and enjoy your time at semmering and the panoramahotel.

Det var lidt varmt på værelserne pga hedebølgen. Så måske en lille ventilator.

Semmering is beautiful and the Wagner family is very kind and helpful towards guests. It is a very familiar environment!

In the name of “bio”, most things you’d expect from a 4* hotel are not provided. There is no TV in the room, wifi only if it happens to reach from the ground floor, no separate shower gel/shampoo, no kettle and tea/coffee or fridge in the room (resulting in not-so-bio food waste). I also believe soundproofing and 24h reception as well as 24h food service belong to a 4* standard, none of which are available here. It’s just not worth the money. I may not have done my due diligence but if properly categorized (as 2* or 3*) the property would not have shown up in my search (and from what I can see, they also don’t show 4* on their website, only on booking.com).
