Landhaus Semmering

Landhaus Semmering was all sorts of lovely! We were near the points of interest, walking distance to amazing hiking trails and the suite with balcony facing the hischkogel was an amazing way to wake up to. Big, big plus was how dog friendly Andrea made the Landhaus Semmering for our little dog. Our room had a dog bed, blanket and bowls and a towel, just in case our dog gets wet. The room was clean, bed comfortable and we felt right at home. Too bad we were only there for a night but we plan on coming back for a longer stay. 💯

The accommodation is located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Semmering. The ski slope can be reached in 1 minute by car or about 5 minutes on foot. There is a bakery directly opposite the property, and a restaurant just 1 minute away. Breakfast is available upon request and is freshly prepared every morning by the host. The room is clean and has a small terrace with a direct view of the Semmering Hirschenkogel ski slope. The accommodation is dog-friendly. Parking is available on the street free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. The host is very kind, and communication was easy. An information letter was sent in advance, and everything went smoothly on site as well.

Great location that is only a 15 min walk from the train station. Basic room, but the mountain view is lovely! Breakfast is OK (there is sufficient variety). Great starting point for some lovely hikes (Sonnwendstein, Zauberberg, Bahnwanderweg,...).

I thought the bathroom was rather small and for the price you pay, it's a pity that there is no hairdryer, shower gel or shampoo available.
