Spacious Open Floor plan-3 Bedroom 3 Bath-New Pickle ball Courts

Beautiful spacious condo. Beautiful property very well maintained and heated pool!

Everything was perfect!

Our family of 5 just came back from a wonderful stay at this spacious property. The property could’ve accommodated 2-3 more people. Everything is as it looks in the pictures on VRBO.Location: the resort is conveniently located in the midpoint between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Since this is about 20 from Cabo San Lucas, we were able to avoid the Spring Break crowd. This is a quiet resort so those looking for crowds and loud music at the pools will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a relaxing spot away from the crowds, you can’t find a better spot. Although this is a beachfront property, you can’t swim in the beach out front (currents are too strong). Very easy to get around without a car as Uber will pick you up in front of the unit.Amenities: we cooked a lot of meals at home and the property had all the things you need to cook. The pool was heated and there was never a crowd. You don’t have to wake up early to reserve a chair. They also have pickleball courts right across the way from the unit that were rarely used. Owner: as great as the property was, Costantino (owner) was the best host we’ve ever dealt with. Check in and check out was very simple. He also had a lot of recommendations for us on where to go and what to do. He let us know about Chileno Beach (one of the swimmable beaches in the area) where the fish will swim up to you. The best part is that there is not a laundry list of things to do before you check out.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar II in Cabo Real was absolutely beyond fabulous. We were in town for a week for a wedding and while most people stayed at a hotel in Puerto Los Cabos, the 6 of us (3 couples) decided to rent this VRBO from Carol & Constantino. The 3 bedroom 3 bath setup was perfect for us and the 2700 square feet gave us lots of room to spread out and that didn't even include the large patio area. We loved being on the first floor, near the pools and near the beach for our morning walks. The first floor location made it so easy to go back and forth and get drinks, more towels, etc. From the very moment we booked, Constantino and Carol answered all of our questions, often within minutes but never less than 24 hours. They recommended a Car Rental company (Cactus) to us which we loved. We would recommend getting a car since it's the easiest way to experience all of what Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo have to offer. There is a Fresca Grocery store less than 5 km away. My husband says it's the best grocery store he's ever been in. Casa Del Mar is so gorgeous and the property is well kept up. It's very quiet here and that's exactly what we were looking for. One night we had a private chef come in to cook dinner, which we had pre-approved with Carol & Constantino. Since Constantino was in town that week, we invited him over to dinner and he made us the most fabulous margaritas from scratch. He is quite the host and helped us with extra keys, restaurant recommendations, etc. We will be back here to Casa Del Mar - I just hope it's soon!
