We have been frequenting this property for over 30 years and can guarantee it's value. Enjoy this special time of the year in a Five-Star resort with the ambiance of a 3-star property, meaning no fuss, just excellent service and cleanliness. You will be a 6 minute walk from the edge of town, no need for a car rental.

Our ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite in this family-oriented property accomodates 6 adults (with children, up to 8). The unit includes a full kitchen, en-suite bath for the master bedroom and luxury furnishings throughout.

The complex has several on-site restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Mexican & Seafood), an expresso breakfast bar, a gym and full service spa, a calm, clean breakwater beach and various swimming pools/hot tubs. The resort can arrange wedding, anniversary, birthday celebrations with notice. Should you wish, a full meal program at additional cost.

Across the street is a Hiper Soriana grocery store, a conveneint shopping plaza with cinemas, restaurants, boutique clothing shops and plenty of other services. Aside from the large, impersonal Sheraton Burganvillias down the road, this is by far the most desireable property in the hotel zone, within easy proximity to the Old Town. Enjoy peace and tranquility by day and be in the heart of the community by night.

The seven day rental is $5000 USD or $7000 CDN for the 7 nights. There are no additional fees as we will arrange all your check-in costs and a shuttle pickup from the airport.
