301 Gaviota, is overlooking the main swimming pool and gives you unobstructed views of the beach & beyond. This stunningly beautiful hacienda-style resort combines striking interior décor, magnificent architecture and a breathtaking setting overlooking Sea of Cortez surf.
Relax in the tastefully decorated interior, accented by marble flooring, Quartz counters, light rooms and a soothing color palette. The chef in your party will appreciate the very well-equipped Stainless steel kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, the villa offers indoor dining for 6 and an airy living area that opens to the inviting outdoor. Grab a cool drink and step outside to the patio, ideal for relaxing with friends and enjoying the sound of the waves & the beautiful sunset. In the resort, you’ll also find the main infinity-edge pool, with a swim up bar. Take the short stroll (300 feet) to the beach or simply soak up the sunshine on one of the lounge chairs.
In the evening, relax in the jacuzzi as you admire the twinkling stars. Elegance and relaxed sophistication will welcome you the minute you step inside our private vacation setting.

This is a delightful place to vacation…the views are amazing, and the condo is well stocked and maintained. The couple who joined us also enjoyed their first time in Cabo. We loved our first time, and we would love to come back sometime in the future. Hosts were communicative and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront villa and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect home base for our time in San José del Cabo.The view alone is worth the trip. The balcony looks straight out over the ocean, and we were lucky enough to watch whales breaching from our seats more than once. It also overlooks the main pool with the swim-up bar, which was great for seeing how busy things were before heading down. Some days it was lively and fun, and other times we enjoyed the quiet from above with a drink in hand.The beach is stunning-wide, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can swim there, though as with much of Cabo there are no lifeguards, so it’s best to be mindful of the conditions. We loved walking along the shore and spending time just soaking in the scenery.The resort restaurants were very good, and what really stood out was the service. Even though we were staying in a condo rather than the hotel, everyone treated us with the same warmth and attentiveness as hotel guests. It made everything feel easy and welcoming.The location is also ideal. We took easy trips to Todos Santos and downtown San José del Cabo, both of which were highlights, and the condo made a perfect, relaxing place to come back to after exploring.The villa itself is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, was spotless, and felt thoughtfully set up for families or small groups. The living and

The condo was great. It's a very pleasant place to stay and has most everything you need right on site, restuarants and pool as well as the beach just steps away. We got groceries and we had everything we needed to cook in-house. The beds as well as all other furniture was comfortable, it is everything you could want and it's very well decorated. I also appreciated that the community is gated.
