About this apartment rental
A first class 'Five Star' condominium community set in lush tropical landscaping. The entire complex is guarded and gated and has 24 hour security.
Our condo is located in the La Playa building which gets it's name because it is the closest to the beach and has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean from every window! There are only a few select units right on the beach and La Playa 202 is one of them. Access to the unit does not require any steps yet the balcony sits on the second floor for ultimate privacy!
Watch the whales swim by and enjoy the sound of crashing waves from the large private balcony. Enjoy the sun rise and sunset over the 'sea of Cortez' from the luxury of a well appointed condo and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the mountains and ocean on the south side of the balcony.
The master suite features a European king bed with an en suite bathroom. The 2nd guest room comfortably fits two full beds with it's own en suite as well. Relax in the living room with complete entertainment center or enjoy meals in the dining area.
This unit belongs to our family and is not a commercial business. We take great pride in it and keep it spotless. We have a cleaning crew available if you want cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee.
The condo is located within the exclusive Casa del Mar Golf and Spa Resort hotel which underwent a complete renovation in mid-November 2015. The resort hotel features complete food and beverage service at the main pool, a hacienda style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a beach restaurant as well as a sports bar.
Access to hotel services including spa, concierge, pool towels, pool swim up bar and hotel restaurants our available to our guests for a $30 per day resort fee (per condo not per guest) paid directly to the hotel on a day by day basis.
If you do not wish to pay the hotel resort fee you will still have free access to all the resort pools, beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis courts. Our condo has beach towels you are welcome to take to the pool or beach. Feel free to make yourself a margarita in one of our plastic pitchers and take it to the pool area!

This is truly a five-star property. The landscaping and overall resort amenities are absolutely stunning, and the entire experience feels elevated from the moment you arrive.
The unit itself is beautifully updated, with very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen that made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. Each bedroom having its own en suite was a huge plus, and every detail—from the appliances to the in-unit washer and dryer to the excellent water pressure—was thoughtfully done and worked flawlessly.
The standout feature, however, is the balcony. It offers a completely unobstructed beach view that is both peaceful and luxurious—easily the highlight of our stay. Sitting out there felt like a true escape.
The location is also ideal. We were just steps from both the beach and the pools, and everything is within a short, convenient walking distance. Even bringing groceries in from the parking lot was quick and easy.
I truly can’t recommend this unit highly enough. The host was gracious and responsive to our initial questions, and everything about our stay was seamless. We had a perfect experience and would absolutely return.

The unit is amazing! There’s a great view from each room even the kitchen and bathroom! Natalie is a wonderful host and provided everything we could have possibly needed and then some!
