An incredible choice for families and groups of friends wishing to create unforgettable memories together. This 1,980 square foot Two Bedroom Suite can sleep up to six people in style and comfort, where privacy and luxury are shrouded in timeless elegance. Here you will encounter fresh, inspiring interior design with ample space for sophisticated basking indoors and out.
As you walk in, you will notice a stunning gourmet kitchen, complete with upscale appliances, a dining area that seats 4, and a living room with an entertainment center, a sleek 55-inch flat screen TV, a sofa bed, and two lounge chairs with the geometry of coral. Next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer for your convenience.
Settle into the ultimate comfort in one of two bedrooms with either 2 king or 1 king & 2 queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses and ultra-soft linens, each with a 49-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, separate rain shower, double sink vanity with a backlit mirror, and automated bidet toilet.
The suite also features an expansive private terrace where you can enjoy panoramic ocean or resort landscape views. The terrace can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms through sliding glass doors. The terrace has two oversized hammocks perfect for siestas and a cozy dining area for enjoying al fresco meals.

OTHER SIZE UNITS: I also have access to units ranging in size from studio to 4 bedroom penthouses. Please contact me for pricing and any other questions. I believe you will find my pricing 20%-40% less than on the resort website!
ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. Bill is amazing to work with!! We love garza properties. Our only complaint and its not bill's fault at all. If you arrive later in the day after check in, the property is first come first served. Our 2000sq ft room which was phenomenal was all the way in the back corner. No view and so close to the main highway you hear traffic all day/ all night. Kind of sad but you get over it by hanging with eduardo all day at the adults only roof top pool. Thanks bill for your generosity with booking and sharing your space with us

We chose this property over stand alone condos and houses in the area since it was at a resort and provided the resort amenities. The property is fabulous and January is a perfect time to visit as the resort is not full at all. The units were spacious and beautiful and we received superb service from our butler, Alan. The only issue with the unit we received was the location. The listing pictures all showed a unit on the oceanfront side of the property. The units we received were on the external side of the building and the noise from the main road was so loud we were unable to enjoy the outdoor decks and it was loud at night while sleeping.
Garza Blanca is a wonderful resort. If you plan on taking advantage of the all inclusive, it is worth it as the out of pocket prices are a bit outrageous. We had sticker shock when we paid $48 PP for the breakfast buffet one morning. I recommend if you are planning on eating off property vice taking advantage of the all inclusive that you plan all meals off property or shop for your own food for your unit.
I would definitely return to this property as the view from the rooftop pool is worth it!
