This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom small dog friendly home is located in the village of Sanibel, one of the newest neighborhoods. The Sanibel neighborhood is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is professionally decorated with cool spa colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. (if you choose not to are so many wonderful restaurants to try) the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. You will also find 2 chaise lounges in the private back yard if you want to take a nap in the warm Florida sunshine!
This home comes complete with wifi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply.

This is a great location. The courtyard space is lovely. Inside was clean but needs a good update. Ditch that carpet!!! Property management company were great as always.

We rented this house for 30 days. Overall, house was clean, but multiple BAD STAINS on carpet as you enter the house. Coffee pot and toaster were too filthy/nasty to use so we bought some cheap ones to use. No place to put clothes in second bedroom. The bedspread in the master bedroom had stains on backside. The carpet needs to go - stained and bunched up in places. Refrigerator leaked, but management sent someone the second week. No coat hangers - had to buy some. Down Home Properties advertisement for this house needs updating as it is no longer a valid description of this place. This house is in DIRE NEED of an update. Location is great.
