The apartment is very comfortable, with great little details that made our stay more comfortable, and in a great location.

Everything! It was ideal. Parking was easy, access was easy, clean, spacious and milk and juice provided.

Nothing. Just one slight confusion with the sofa bed bedding but it was sorted quickly.

Very clean apartment with very good kitchen facilities, very well stocked with coffee, tea, fruits, breakfast cakes, etc. Good location and easy access to public transport.

We have booked this place because it was described as an apartment with a balcony and terrace. It does not have any balcony. The terrace is on the roof above the apartment so not easily accessible from the apartment. Furthermore, all the furniture there has been exposed to rain, wet and impossible to use. We were disappointed with the misleading description of this apartment. I informed the owner who became defensive, initially denying anything inappropriate and claiming that the balcony was there when clearly there wasn’t. Also, we didn’t like a rather uncomfortable sofa which was the only sitting area apart from the breakfast stools in the kitchen area of the flat.
