BUBU Apartments By Exclusive Homes

Breakfast was down the road Not clear We understood breakfast was included Apparently not

Kitchenette including fridge was empty They could have put one litre of water in the fridge No room service, but how about towel change? Perhaps every 3 days?

Great location, good size & facilities.

Never heard a peep from anyone in the hotel or outside on the street. Elevator. Room had everything you need for a few days including Nespresso machine and small freezer. Building has washing machine and dryer.

No cooking staples (salt, oil). No nespresso pods. Only one washer for whole building. No timer on machine - doing one load ended up taking hours! No tray for making ice. Extremely uncomfortable bed -can feel the springs. Flimsy uncomfortable pillows. Mold in shower.

Location was great, a bit out of the craziness but only a 5-10 minute walk to everything. Safe neighborhood. Keyless entry a bonus to not have to worry about losing the key or getting locked out. Shower was great, airocn and heath worked quite well and everything was very clean with nice decor. Front desk people all very nice and the few issues I did have were fixed promptly.

The chairs, bed and work station could all have been more comfortable to sit, work and sleep at. It is odd that there is no tv in the living area but one in the bedroom (usually the other way around). Washing machine unit was misleading as on description makes it seem as if it is in the unit, it is not. There is one washer for full building and it is in the hallway of the bottom floor making it awkward and I imagine loud to the apartment next door to it. I stayed for 2 weeks, they should have offered a cleaning mid-way, more trash bags and new towels.
