Nice apartment close to the center

Great location. Free laundry room. Spacious flat. We could check in earlier which was amazing.

Noisy at night, uncomfortable sofa bed, difficult to contact

Compact, accessible from the centre

- As we had not yet received the check in code just a few moments before check in, I had to ask. A bot was chatting with me. We asked to pass us to a person, it was impossible. At Bubu Appartments nobody took the telephone either, after insisting (calling) several times. We called to another appartment of the same Group asking for help as we did not have any code to enter yet, but they said that they were not able to help us because they were "another appartment". I asked please to help as they are in the same company group, but they denied the help and let us totally unhelped. - A lot of noises during the night: tubes, people... Our daughter who slept in the living room was not able to sleep, the whole nights (every night) scared with so many noises (note: she usually has a deep sleep) - The sofa bed in the living room is totally uncomfortable. Very hard! like a wooden pannel. - Many times at the lobby was not the person who was supposed to be there sitting, but ok not a problem for us. Only for those guests who may need some help. - On the last day before our time for check out, the cleaning service person entered without permission and without knocking first into our appartment, we were still preparing things to leave. Good that we were dressed up, otherwise she could have seen us not on a favourable way.

Low key stay, excellent location.

Perfect location next to Soho neighborhood, within walking distance to central station, market, and historical center. The room is large, well equipped and nicely decorated. Very quiet at night. Easy to come and go. Ideal for a one-week stay where your priority to to explore the city and make day-trips to surrounding towns (Ronda, Granada). Washing machine and dryer were available when needed.

The bed quality could be much better – it's ok but not cozy and nor is the bedding. The blankets are too thin. There is no real "reception". Sometimes there's a staff member working on a laptop in the entrance but they don't communicate with guests unless you greet them, which is weird. Online checkin process is lengthy but fine for longer stays. With a bit more warmth and hospitality, and new beds, this stay would get a 9+ rating.

A comfortable stay with a great location

An apartment with amazing location - really close to the center and train station is basically behind the house! Convenient walking distance to anywhere in the old town. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We liked that we had codes for entering. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

It was a bit noisy when people entered their rooms at night, but right when they closed their doors, we heard nothing. We would have liked if the kitchen had some oil and salt/pepper for cooking, it seems unreasonable to purchase these for a few days. It would also be nice to have some tea/coffee provided by the hotel.

There was an awful sewerage smell on the apartment (104), spoke to receptionist she got cleaners to visit. Smell was lessened by cleaning product smell however lingered for the full stay

Great location over the bridge from the centre, quiet and very nice apartment.

Very comfortable modern apartment.

Very poor communication with check-in. They insisted on us paying for the deposit and sign the contract before arriving which we couldn’t do. We asked multiple times to do this in person when we get there but it seemed like an automated message response repeating to do it with their link. In the end we were able to check in in-person at 3pm, however this was never mentioned in their messages.

Perfect Stay in Málaga

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious, and modernly furnished. Great, quiet location close to the city center and also near the Málaga-Centro Alameda metro station. I really appreciated the self check-in option. In case of any need, support was available 24/7 via WhatsApp or at the reception in the lobby, where the staff were always helpful.

Not bad but for the price needs improving.

It was modern, and was not bad. It was fine. But for the price its not up to standard. I like the blinds completely black out the room and the ac works very well.

Didnt like the tedious check in procedure, not having hot water pressure enough to shower, the pictures make the lighting look alot better than it is. The dustbin is super small. The tv is not on the wall straight and the walls are very thin.

The position was great. The room was very big and nice.

There are bugs in the Bathroom. Didnt saw on booking anything about the 150 deposit. You need to pay before your arrival or on the Hotel 150€ deposit. I have received it after 2 weeks, after i wrote them 10 times .

Because their card machine was not working at check-in they could not ‘authorise’ a card for a deposit (normal practice for hotels), so instead charged a full €150 deposit at check in which was fully refunded at the end of the stay. But anyone who doesn’t have a euro denominated card will incur extra currency conversion fees by the hotel adopting this process. Despite writing to explain this, the hotel still refused to cover the £7 fees incurred because their card machine wasn’t working. The cost is negligible, but it’s poor customer service and bad practice.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE please read!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IT IS DANGEROUS. in the evening we entered the property which we used the elevator. As soon as the elevator door opened, there was water coming in and realised there is a flood on the first floor. There was constant water running sound coming from the apartment next to ours. There was water up to 5m in our room which came from the hall. We directly called the emergency number provided by the property and told them that there might be someone injured and the water in the elevator might cause short circuit leading to fire. The property did not take it seriously AT ALL. No police, fireman came, the manager only sent a poor lady who was extremely panicking and had to enter the room by herself only 40 MIN LATER. What if there was someone harmed inside? It was very unprofessional, we told her that no one should use the elevator it is dangerous, only then she put a sign to the elevator. We waited and helped her for maybe 3hrs, to be sure everything is ok and packed our stuff just in case there was a fire. The lady said that maybe we might need to change rooms as we are just next to the elevator and the property manager will message us. We did not receive any message from the property and waited for hours. It was an awful stressful experience. The technician only came the next day, the whole building was in risk, if we did not inform them the whole building would probably be on fire. You can see pictures from the first moment but it increased heavily after. The next morning we checked out early and did not receive ANY MESSAGE from the property manager regarding they are sorry etc. We asked for refund and got a very rude message back that they will not do anything and did not even apologise for the inconvenience. In case there is any emergency, this property will not help you. The property manager is cruel enough to only send one poor lady to the emergency and send no help at all. Booking.com should NEVER work with this hotel going forward.

Great value for money

Modern newly renovated apartments a few steps from the city centre, train and bus stations, shops and beaches. The apartment has everything you need. Very convenient access to the house and to the apartment via codes. Great quality vs price ratio. Note: For a trip to Marbella I recommend using the Blabla car, which works great and is more than half the price of the bus.

We stayed in an apartment on the first floor where you could hear the road noise in the morning, so if you have poor sleep, I recommend earplugs. But we didn't mind.

W Bubu gościliśmy kolejny raz po 2 latach. Za pierwszym razem byliśmy zachwyceni, ale standard niestety z czasem spadł. Sprzątane w centrum pokoju, ale w rogi już niekoniecznie zaglądanie podczas sprzątania. Na korytarzu śmierdziało jakby kanalizacją lub grzybem. Za pierwszym razem byliśmy też powitani tradycyjnym Malagijskim deserem - rozumiem że to był dodatek, ale jak za drugim razem nie było po poczęstunku śladu, to czuliśmy że czegoś brakuje. Stąd ocena 6 na 10. Prosiłem również o wystawienie faktury za mój pobyt. Musiałem się prosić dwa razy i czekałem na nią 2 tygodnie by wysłali mi w końcu na inne dane niż podałem. Na prośbę poprawy nie dostałem już żadnej odpowiedzi.

Bra boende för några dagar

Bra läge och nära till stan, visuellt fin inredning, bra dusch. Smidigt att komma in med kod även om jag hade föredragit ett vanligt kort. Trevlig personal och tvättmaskiner finns även om vi inte använde den. Det var bra temperatur i lägenheten, man frös aldrig som man annars brukar göra inomhus i Spanien och på natten var det svalt och skönt. Belysningen var också fin. Det fanns tillräckligt med tallrikar och köksredskap för 2 personer, även kylen var bra. Det fanns en frysbox också men det skulle behöva frostas av.

Det fanns myror i lägenheten de första dagarna av vår vistelse men sen försvann de som tur var. Det var också ganska lyhört och man kunde även höra fläktar som var placerade på terassen med ett högfrekvent surr. Man vande sig till slut dock. Inredningen var lite billig även om den var fin , exempelvis panelerna framför sängen är gjorda i plast och inte i trä som man kan tro vid första anblick. Det finns heller ingen köksfläkt så om man kokar vatten eller steker samlas mycket ångor på kökshyllan och i hela rummet. Även ventilationen i badrummet var lite dålig, det var damm på ventilationsfiltret så det behöver nog städas lite djupare. Dörren till badrummet är svår att stänga och öppna. I sängen kunde man känna fjädrarna vilket kändes lite billigt och obekvämt men man vande sig, inte riktigt vad man förväntade sig. Täcket var dock stort och bra.

Da localização, do espaço envolvente perto da paragem de autocarro e metro/comboio. Muito central.

Do cheiro a esgoto que vem pelas canalizações mas acho que isso é um problema de fundo de infraestruturas. Tinha ambientadores para minimizar o cheiro mas nada que não fosse suportável. É uma questão de fechar o tampo do lavatório e creio que minimiza muito.
