Excellent communication from hotel. Excellent parking arrangements. Apartment was superb. Had everything we needed and more. Exceptionally clean. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Great location.

At first, there was a problem with getting to the accommodation at all; we received instructions for a different apartment. Actually, we were staying in an office. No blackout curtains, bright office lighting. Lots of noise from the street, it was impossible to tell whether the window was closed or open because everything could be heard. The accommodation was not very clean, there was a lot of black hair on the floor.
