Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju , ciepła woda . Pokoje ładne , przestronne . Garaż podziemny, co w upale jest na plus.
Pralka jest dostępna, ale już zardzewiała, prysznic niedoczyszczony( można samemu umyć - co też zrobiliśmy)

Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir al centro caminando.. Equipación de cocina bastante completa. Tiene parking, pero para un coche grande (Kia Sportage) fue bastante complicado entrar al parking y la plaza justa.
Nos tocaron dias frios y, aunque pusimos la bomba de aire, como no es un piso preparado para dias de 5-10 grados, no fue suficiente (se colaba el aire por las ventanas). Entiendo que es por el tipo de construcción, sólo lo comento para cuando se planea una visita en invierno. No estarían de más algunas mantas extras y toallas un poco más grandes.

La ubicación, tenia garaje y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
La limpieza era pésima, es un quinto, no te dejan abrir muchos de los armarios que hay en la cocina. En la habitación de dos camas, la persiana de la ventana que esta en el techo está rota y entra luz sin dejar de dormir a gusto. El estropajo estabas usado, no había productos de limpieza y tampoco para usar la lavadora.
