The location is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and clean.
1. Both showers don’t have a door. Thus, the bathroom mat was soaking after each shower. Lots of cleaning afterwards. It’s especially hard as there’s no extra towel.
2. The door handle of the 2nd bathroom is broken and is only secured by tape.
3. We were only given 4 toilet rolls (but one was rotten) for 4 people 8-night stay. When we requested more, we were told to buy our own. Quite shocked. Anyway, Julio dropped off 3 more rolls afterwards.
4. We asked Julio for help book a taxi to the airport in the very early morning on our last day. Disappointedly, the reply came so late (20 hours later) saying he couldn’t possibly help as we had too many luggage. In the end, we booked an uber ourselves.
5. The balcony is nice but with lots of bird poos. Needs cleaning!
6. It would be great if there is a clothes drying rack.

Spacious and mostly very clean apartment in a mainly residential area about 20 minutes or so from the central district. Seemed like a well lived in area, not touristy. Nice to have two bathrooms and a balcony.
The electricity cut out twice during our 5 night stay, we had to turn off all the trip switches and turn them back on again to restore the power. Not sure why this happened but I don't think it was the first time as the host didn't seem surprised when we told him. An oven glove would have been useful. Although we were not unreasonably disturbed you can hear every sound from neighbouring apartments.

IT IS NOT IN THE OLD CITY ❗️❗️❗️
A walking to the center of the old city will take you about 15 minutes

The owner doesn’t have a luggage storage after leaving but only with an extra charge . THIS IS NOT COMMON THING TO ASK FOR AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING ISSUE ❗️
(especially after a whole week of accommodation )
I never experienced such a behavior
And as a 3rd grade of Genuine customer , Booking must interfere to solve this
