Quartier pas touristique. Appartement datant de quelques années, mais très bien entretenu. Situé en hauteur; vue magnifique sur le port, la ville, et les montagnes alentour. Spacieux ; grandes fenêtres dans le séjour qui donnent une belle lumière pendant le jour. Équipement intéressant : séchoir à linge en métal et caddy pour faire l'épicerie. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute; répond rapidement aux demandes. A préparé des instructions très détaillées sur l'arrivée, le départ, le fonctionnement, les alentours. Plusieurs commerces de proximité. La gare - qui est aussi un petit centre commercial avec une grosse épicerie - est à une dizaine de minutes de marche; le centre historique et les grands magasins (Corte Ingles) à une vingtaine de minutes. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Nous y sommes restés 16 jours et nous y retournerions.
Selon nous, l'éclairage n'était pas adéquat dans la cuisine et le séjour, le soir. Nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire qui a pris des mesures temporaires adéquates pour répondre à ce besoin.
