Salitre by ELE Apartments

Tres joli appartement trois chambres, avec climatisation à côté de la gare Maria zambrano reliée directement par le train c1 de l'aéroport. Pour rejoindre le centre ville il y a le bus juste devant. Belle décoration, consignes d'arrivées claires, supermarché, restaurants à côté et rue calme malgré le passage des bus et voiture. Je recommande si vous venez en avion . Idéalement situé.

Sauber, modern, geräumig und gemütlich!! sehr zentral gelegen! ...da wir Straßenlärm (nur bei offenem Fenster) nicht gewohnt sind, für uns zu laut, für Stadtmenschen, schätze ich, in Ordnung... Fazit: TOP !!! 100% !!!

Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu, dobra lokalizacja, 3 sypialnie oddzielne.

Check in był o 16:00, o 16:00 dopiero przyszedł personel sprzątający apartament, wiec musieliśmy dłużej czekać.

Liked the spaciousness of apartment & location of same as within walking distance of historic centre/old town/harbour area & very near bus and train station

Didn't like the fact that no basics like water, tea/coffee, washing machine tablets were available on arrival, considering the rental of apartment wasn't cheap. Couch was old & rickety, and crisps/crumbs underneath cushions so therefore not cleaned. It could really do with replacement. The one armchair that was available was also unusable as legs were broken. Smell of sewer from bathroom at all times, had to put shower in a position and hoped it wouldn't fall off whilst we were showering, drainage very poor in shower and it also leaked out onto floor. Fan in bathroom not working. Bathroom could also do with a revamp especially the shower area. Bedrooms were the best, bed was comfortable, rooms were spacious though very bare.
