5 Bedroom Beach Estate with panoramic views of the Ocean. We are one of the very few homes that has views of the ocean. Situated in a quiet, private community with plenty of parking.

We sit on a full acre site with plenty of parking. Clamming tools, beach chairs, and wireless internet throughout. 4 flat screen TV,s, bonus room with poker table and foosball table. Bunk room has 6 twin boat shaped memory foam beds with a large flat screen tv and plenty of room to spread out. 3 King suites, 1 Queen and a trundle day bed in the downstairs living room that folds into 2 twins.. Dining seats 10. 4 fireplaces. Great place for family gatherings. Just a few minutes from the historic town of Seaside with old time bumper cars and salt water taffy. NOTE: We are one of the very few homes in the area that actually has an amazing view of the ocean!

Wonderfully big house for a group of people - and ALL the bedrooms were great. Beautiful furnishings, hang out space and game activities. Excellent amount of cookware and dishware for a large group. Plenty of parking, good access to the beach and beach chairs- only a 10 minute walk. Fabulous Beach!

The house is large and very well equipped. Communication was quick and any issues were taken care of promptly. Will be back!

The location was perfect! Sunset beach is only a few minutes away and we could enjoy the beach without dodging a bunch of people (versus Cannon Beach or Seaside). Spacious accommodations allowed us to spread out when we wanted to (there were 11 of us). We enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball.

The house was large enough for our famiy reunion and nicely decorated. Was wonderful to get the whole family around the table for a meal. Was disappointed there isn't really a yard for the kids to play in but we made the best of it. Views were nice. Wish they had listed more of the items available at the house as we wouldn't have had to pack as much. Overall we had a great time.
