While you're relaxing you will enjoy a feather lined sectional, or retreat to the bedroom to find the comforts of watching a show laying on a Sterns and Foster bed (bunkbeds and roll-away are quality memory foam).

If you're not ready for relax time and want to have some fun, there are many options to choose from. Start in the Recreation room for hours of playtime on the 12' shuffleboard. Move to the cocktail arcade machine with the "old school" games that spark up such great memories of the past! If ball sports are more your thing there is an indoor basketball hoop shoot game that even the smallest of kids can play. Want to take it down a notch but still play? The main floor pantry closet holds hours of fun with board games, puzzles and cribbage. There are also 7 bikes w/helmets (4 adult, 2 kid, 1 toddler) available to use if you want to explore the area.

Everyone has to eat, why not make that special dinner with the family on the beautiful gas stove using quality Hexclad cookware even Gordan Ramsey would approve. The set also includes a 14" wok with chopsticks! This fully equipped gourmet kitchen will create new memories with the family for years to come while visiting around the massive 12' granite countertop as you prepare a meal. The "littles" can enjoy picking out their dishes from their own special drawer.
The other 6' countertop would make a great workspace location with plenty of room to spread out while you enjoy the water view.

If spending more time outside is for you, there is a variety of things to do nearby. There is a RiverBeach just steps away from the front door. Grab the beach wagon, fill it with chairs, towels and beach toys and head to relax while the kids play in the sand. If you want to go bigger drive to the nearby South Jetty located in Fort Stevens State Park to see where the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean just minutes away.

Feeling more adventurous, hop on a bike and explore the area. There's acres of trails to ride in Fort Stevens State Park, the entrance is only a couple blocks away. You can get to the beach by bike on the trails or drive to the parking lot where you'll find the historic Shipwreak of Peter Iredale. Spend the day here taking photos, building sandcastle's, razor clamming or maybe try local parasailing. Beach driving access is located here. Zip-lining is
just down the road as well.

Across the street from the S. Jetty View Luxury Townhome is the Marina where you can launch your boat, park a trailer or RV. *Please Note* They do charges a daily fee,

Fishing, crabbing, clamming or boating is a thrill that can definately fill your day. When the day is over, grab some food from one of the local eateries, come back to the house to enjoy it while taking in the postcard perfect view on one of the decks.
